You can pre-pay with PayPal.  

1.  From the main page, click on "Send Money"
2.  In the "To" block, put the e-mail address bestill@whidbey.com
3.  Enter the amount you want to send (1 person = $25, 2 people = $50, etc.)
4.  It will be for "Services"
5.  Fill out the rest of the forms as required. 

Unfortunately, if you don't already have a Paypal account, it looks like they will make you create one.
